VALIDUS is an emerging governance intelligence ecosystem designed to help organisations recognise when the assumptions, controls, barriers and information supporting executive decisions may no longer reflect actual operational conditions.

However, operational conditions do not remain static.
Activities change. Controls degrade. Barriers weaken. New risks emerge and assumptions that once supported an approved decision may no longer remain valid.

VALIDUS is being developed to address this governance challenge by supporting the recognition and reassessment of material operational changes.

VALIDUS is designed to connect changing operational conditions with structured governance reassessment, executive visibility and accountable decision making.
Its purpose is to support organisations in recognising when the original basis for an approved decision requires further review.
VALIDUS does not replace existing management systems, operational leadership, technical specialists or authorised decision makers.
It is intended to support stronger governance visibility and assurance around the continuing validity of decisions.

VALIDUS is being developed for organisations operating in complex, high risk and regulated environments.

VALIDUS is currently an advanced functional prototype available for private demonstration and controlled validation.
The ecosystem is not currently a production system.
All outputs remain subject to authorised human review, professional judgement and applicable governance requirements.
Private demonstrations are available for organisations, industry representatives and potential strategic partners interested in exploring the ecosystem.
